Whether you're a beginner or you simple don't want to lose your fitness level while you are at the conform of your space, my online classes are your perfect solution.

  • Flexibility. You will be a health nut in the most convenient way possible, without ever setting a foot outside your living room or office. You will have the flexibility of being able to work out when and where you want, engaging in physical activity in a safe, judgment-free environment.

  • Minimum Equipment. Total body exercises you can do with your bodyweight alone.

Modern life involves sitting for long periods of time. When you’re not active, your muscles adapt to inactivity. Sitting for hours at a time convinces your muscles to accommodate this “scrunched” position. Over time, this creates tension, compression and other pain-inducing joint pathologies. But, the human body was meant to move. How can we do both without altering our lifestyle or workdays?
The good news is that with short, efficient movement breaks throughout the day, you can “un-desk” your body and decrease the health risks of inactivity.

I offer a versatile class where you will learn active-healthy sitting routines full of specific movements to perform every 60-90 minutes throughout the day.
