Health Coaching

My health coaching method is a step-by-step approach, not a one-time appointment, in a way that will have a great impact on your long term well-being. I will teach you strategies for success in your endeavor for wellness. A journey where no changes are small. This is meticulously done in an harmonized way with your particular bio-individuality, because no one strategy fits all.

You will champion a three-step approach to make it easier for you to succeed:

Conscious Cuisine

You will understand what healthy food choices are and put them into practice. Nutrition is everything. Food is medicine. 

Mindset

Your established set of attitudes can be molded to cultivate a healthy behavior change.
You have to completely rethink what it means to be healthy, understanding that the body is a system and that imbalances in the system debilitate health. By creating balance, you facilitate health.

Fitness

You can focus on nutrition and mindset and ignore fitness, but this is not an smart strategy to get the results you want. Life is movement and you will be much better prepared if you train for it. It is a matter of finding the proper training plan that fits your personality. 

Cleanse Program

Revitalize your well-being with my on-line Cleanse Program, a 22-Day commitment process blending the expertise of several people together with whom I bring to you practical and powerful teachings about conscious eating, healthy behavior changes and fitness, to provide energy, balance & detoxification. My Cleanse Program is your go-to program on your journey to a new you.
 
This program consists of: 

GROUP CALL 
At the beginning we will have a group meeting to go over the program and Q&A.
You will discover that with small and powerful steps that you can include in your daily life you will feel radiant, healthy and happy.

QI GONG
Gentle exercises composed of coordinated body-posture and movements, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of improving one's mental and physical health.

GROUP EXERCISE & MEDITATION 

1 class per week, 45 minutes exercise (by Elena) & 15 minutes meditation (by Valeria Casanova, Certified Mindfulness Life Coach and Energy Healer)
